This is designed from and for the "True General Contractor" to someone who just wants to for example, "Landscape". We can customize a package to basically suit anyone's needs. Handling all permits, budgeting, site preparation, selection and coordination of all the subcontractors, etc,etc, inspections,etc,etc,etc...
this is not for everybody, but it is a way to save a sizable amount of money.
If you feel you are capable, and it is consistent with time constraints, your banks financing guidelines, or any other parameter, then why not, save money.
The ability to perform work on your own is wonderful and can be both personally and financially rewarding. Just a word of caution; please take the time to really consider all things, be realistic and take on only those projects for which you have the skills to complete in a TIMELY and EFFICIENT manner. Otherwise it may cost you more than you would have originally paid.
