The Jacobs is one wind turbine that should be considered for large residential, farm/agricultural, and small commercial. Overall the Jacobs 31-20 is available for 20,000 to 30,000 KWH demands. Based on their design they do need a better wind regime. They are recognized by the USDA for the grant and loan programs.
